Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:
● The item must be returned in its original, complete condition (packaging, accessories and instructions).
● The product must be in new, unused condition so it can be resold.
● Your proof of purchase must be included in the package.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is defective, you can request an exchange or a refund. Email us at contact@litevale.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

How to Start a Return
For any request, email us at contact@litevale.com. Once your request is approved, we'll email you the address to send your items back to.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 7–14 business days to appear.
