Amounts paid will then be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after the contract is canceled.
If a delivered Product does not conform to the order, the Seller agrees to remedy the issue or refund the Customer. The Seller bears the risks associated with transportation.
Ownership of the Products transfers only after the Customer has paid the price in full, regardless of the delivery date.
The risk of loss or damage transfers only when the Customer takes physical possession of the Products. Products therefore travel at the Seller’s risk.
